Toutes les promesses de Dieu

"Car toutes les promesses de Dieu en lui sont oui, et en lui Amen, à la gloire de Dieu par nous." (2 Corinthiens 1:20-21)

Y a-t-il une raison pour laquelle vous ne devriez pas avoir foi en Dieu ? Dieu a-t-il déjà manqué à sa parole ? Je défie tout infidèle de s'avancer et de mettre le doigt sur toute promesse que Dieu a faite à l'homme et qu'il n'a pas tenue.

Je peux montrer comment, pendant six mille ans, le diable a menti et comment il a brisé toutes les promesses qu'il a faites. Quel mensonge il a dit à Adam et Eve ! Pourtant, je peux trouver mille hommes qui croiront les mensonges du diable plus tôt que je ne peux trouver un seul homme qui croira la vérité de Dieu.

Is there any reason why you should not have faith in God? Has God ever broken His word? I defy any infidel to come forward and put his finger on any promise God has ever made to man that He has not kept.

I can show how for six thousand years the devil has lied, and how he has broken every promise he has made. What a lie he told Adam and Eve! Yet I can find a thousand men that will believe the devil’s lies sooner than I can find one man that will believe God’s truth.
