Que votre lumière brille

Que votre lumière brille ainsi devant les hommes, afin qu'ils voient vos bonnes œuvres et qu'ils glorifient votre Père qui est dans les cieux. (Matthieu 5:16)

Si un homme n'a pas la grâce de garder son sang-froid, il n'est pas apte à travailler pour Dieu. S'il ne peut pas vivre correctement à la maison, il n'est pas apte au service de Dieu ; et moins il le fait, mieux c'est. Mais il peut garder son sang-froid, il peut vivre droit chez lui, par la grâce de Dieu.

If a man has not grace to keep his temper, he is not fit to work for God. If he cannot live uprightly at home, he is not fit for God’s service; and the less he does the better. But he can keep his temper, he can live uprightly at home, by the grace of God.
